International Return, Exchange and Warranty Policy
IQOVE – Headquarters in Colombia
IQOVE is committed to the quality of its products and the satisfaction of its customers worldwide. To request a return, exchange, or warranty claim from abroad, please take the following into account:
1. General Information

All requests must be submitted via email to hola.iqove@gmail.com, specifying: buyer’s full name, identification number, country of delivery, product to be returned or exchanged, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal value, subject to availability of the requested size and color.

The product must be clean, unused, with original tags and labels attached, and properly packaged.

Items on sale or promotion are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or warranty issues.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, accessories, and costume jewelry are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Shipping from Abroad

The product must be shipped to the following address:
Carrera 57 # 38 – 290, Interior 1724, Bello, Antioquia, Colombia. Attn: IQOVE. -
Shipping fees, customs duties, return taxes, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion with documented terms.

IQOVE is not responsible for returns held at customs or sent without prior coordination.
3. Time Limits

Voluntary exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days from the purchase date.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

IQOVE will evaluate the product within 15 business days of receipt.

If the warranty is approved, the product will be either replaced or refunded, at the customer’s discretion.
4. International Refunds

If a warranty refund is approved, the amount will be reimbursed via the original payment method within up to 30 business days from the approval date.

Refunds apply to the product cost only. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable, unless the warranty is approved due to a manufacturing defect.
5. Country-Specific Considerations
As our operations are centralized in Colombia, customers abroad should be aware that:

All exchanges, returns, and warranties are governed by Colombian e-commerce and consumer protection laws, and follow IQOVE’s internal policies.

Certain countries may have customs restrictions or additional fees, which must be covered by the customer.

IQOVE does not provide international return labels or pickup services.
