International Shipping Policy

IQOVE – Headquarters in Colombia

IQOVE ships internationally from its headquarters in Colombia to the enabled countries. Below are the general conditions for the shipment and delivery of international orders:

1. General Conditions

  • Shipments are made only on business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination country, logistics conditions, and customs processing times. On average, international orders are delivered within 7 to 20 business days from the confirmation of payment.

  • Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed, as customs procedures in the destination country may cause delays beyond IQOVE’s control.

  • Shipments are made through international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or others depending on the country and logistics efficiency.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions.

  • The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before checkout, or it will be communicated by an IQOVE advisor when the order is placed through alternate channels.

  • IQOVE does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges required by local authorities in the destination country. These costs must be covered by the customer.

3. Shipping Address

  • IQOVE commits to delivering the order to the exact address provided by the customer. It is recommended to use a safe and accurate address (such as a home or office) where the order can be received during business hours.

  • IQOVE is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer.

4. Delivery Time & Tracking

  • Once payment is confirmed, order processing will begin.

  • The customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of the shipment.

  • Although average delivery time is 7 to 20 business days, delays may occur due to customs inspections or holds, which are outside IQOVE’s control.

  • IQOVE is committed to delivering the product within a maximum of 30 calendar days after order confirmation, except in cases of force majeure or customs-related delays.

5. Order Reception

  • Delivery is considered completed once the shipping company registers the order as delivered in their tracking system.

  • Once the package is received by the customer (or an authorized recipient), IQOVE is not liable for any subsequent loss, damage, or theft of the product.

  • The customer must verify the condition of the package and its contents at the time of delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours to hola.iqove@gmail.com, including supporting photos or evidence.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders

  • In case of loss or non-delivery, IQOVE will initiate a claim with the courier service.

  • The customer will be contacted to coordinate a reshipment of the item or, if not possible, a refund of the product’s value.
