TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the commercial contractual relationship between IQOVE and consumers accessing and using the platform www.iqove.com, including the purchase of products and services offered through the website and its mobile applications.

By registering or making a purchase, you acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and agree to comply with applicable local laws of your country as well as Colombian law, which applies to IQOVE’s operations.

1. SCOPE AND CONTRACT FORMATION

These Terms apply to consumers located in:

  • North America & Central America: United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama

  • South America: Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay

  • Caribbean: Dominican Republic

  • Europe: Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland

  • Asia-Pacific & Middle East: Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, United Arab Emirates

IQOVE sells and ships products from Colombia to these countries.

The contract is formed when you complete the purchase process, accept the order summary showing product details, prices, shipping costs, applicable taxes, customs duties, and total payment. IQOVE will verify payment, inventory, and data before confirming your order by email.


2. LEGAL CAPACITY

By using the platform, you declare you have full legal capacity in your country to enter into binding contracts. IQOVE is not responsible for damages from platform use or malfunction.


3. PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY

Payments are securely processed via authorized gateways (EPayco, Mercado Pago, and others as available), compliant with PCI DSS standards.

Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payment options where available per country.

Any disputes related to payments must be resolved directly with your financial institution.


4. WEBSITE OPERATION

IQOVE strives to keep the website available and error-free but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Orders caused by technical errors may be canceled with full refund.

IQOVE may restrict or suspend access to content or users violating policies.


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content—design, images, logos, trademarks—is protected under Colombian, Andean Community, and international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited without explicit written consent.


6. ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS

Per Colombian Law 527 of 1999 and international regulations, electronic contracts and communications are legally valid.


7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

Products are subject to stock availability. If out of stock after order, IQOVE will notify you for order modification or refund.

Prices are displayed in Colombian Pesos (COP), inclusive of Colombian VAT and applicable local taxes. Shipping costs, customs duties, and local import taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout.

IQOVE may update prices without prior notice, but confirmed orders maintain agreed pricing.


8. SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

Orders ship from Colombia. Shipping costs and times vary by destination and chosen method.

Customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and taxes in their country.

IQOVE is not liable for customs delays or charges.


9. PAYMENT VALIDATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION

Payments undergo verification to prevent fraud. Orders ship only after successful payment confirmation.

IQOVE reserves the right to request additional identity verification.


10. CONSUMER RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY

IQOVE complies with consumer protection laws in Colombia and respects local consumer rights where applicable. Return policies and warranty terms are described separately and vary by country.


11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed primarily by Colombian law and international trade regulations.

Disputes will be resolved under Colombian jurisdiction unless stronger consumer protection laws of your country apply.
